Cancellation Policy
### **Rescheduling & Cancellation (Pitmaster Policy)** When you book with The Rib Boxx, that smoker time is locked in just for you. * **Deposits are non-refundable.** No exceptions. * **Need to reschedule?** Give us at least **7 days’ notice** and we’ll do our best to move your date (based on availability). * **Less than 7 days?** That date is already on the pit—new deposit may be required. * **Cancellations:** Deposit is forfeited. * **Same-day cancel or no-show?** You’re responsible for the **full balance**—we’ve already fired up the smoker. We prep early, cook low and slow, and commit to every order. Respect the process, and we’ll deliver the flavor.
