Our Story
The Rib Boxx started simple — cooking ribs and smoked meats on weekends for friends, family, parties, and graduation celebrations. What began as backyard BBQ quickly turned into a passion for bringing people together over good food.
As word spread and the grills got hotter, we invested in a bigger smoker to keep up with all the hungry mouths. Today, that backyard dream rolls through town in a full-sized food truck, serving up ribs and smoked meats wherever people gather.
I get to pursue my passion for creating bold flavors and feeding people, one slow-smoked rack at a time.
