For those who believe the rib is the crown jewel of the pit. This package puts **full slabs of our signature ribs** front and center, paired with a second meat and two classic sides. No skimping. No shortcuts. Just rib-heavy, finger-licking BBQ.

### The Feast Includes:

**Full Ribs (choose one style – included in base price)**

- **Texas Style Ribs** – Post-oak smoked, salt-and-pepper rub, served dry with sauce on the side
- **Brown Sugar Ribs** – Sweet, sticky glaze caramelized over low heat, fall-off-the-bone tender

> Both are St. Louis cut, slow-smoked for 4–5 hours. One full rack feeds approximately 2–3 people; we portion based on headcount.

**Plus 1 Additional Meat (choose one):**

- Rib Tips (smoky, saucy, and meaty)
- Smoked Chicken Quarters (brined, rubbed, juicy)
- Smoked Sausage (sliced links)
