To get started, we’ll ask a few key questions that help us deliver the best experience possible. Knowing your answers ahead of time helps us bring your vision (and your menu) to life.
Here’s what to expect:
1. What’s the date, time, and location of your event?
Seems simple, but this is the first thing we need to lock in. Knowing the venue setup also helps us plan for delivery or full-service onsite catering.
2. How many guests are you expecting?
Guest count determines everything—from how much meat we smoke to how many sides to prepare. Whether it’s an intimate birthday dinner or a 200-person celebration, we’ve got you covered.
3. What’s your budget?
Being upfront about your budget helps us create a custom menu that fits your needs without surprises. We offer flexible packages, so there’s always a flavorful solution.
4. What kind of vibe are you going for?
Is this a laid-back backyard party or a more formal occasion? Your vibe influences our setup, service style, and even food presentation. It helps us match the experience with your event energy.
5. Do you need delivery, pickup, or full-service catering?
We offer all three. Some customers love the ease of ready-to-eat pickup. Others want us onsite, serving ribs and making sure every plate is full. We’ll cater to your level of convenience.
6. Are there any dietary restrictions or preferences?
We smoke everything low and slow, but we also respect your guests’ dietary needs. Whether it’s no pork, gluten-free, or vegetarian options, let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate.
7. What type of meats and sides are you looking for?
This is the fun part. Choose from full-size ribs in up to 10 flavors, smoked chicken, pulled pork, and more. Pair it with creamy corn, coleslaw with poblano peppers, or BBQ beans for a custom menu everyone will remember.
8. Will there be other vendors involved?
If you're hiring a DJ, decorator, or event planner, it helps us coordinate setup and breakdown times to keep everything running smoothly.
9. Do you need tables, utensils, or serving staff?
We can provide more than just food. Let us know if you need disposable plates, chafing dishes, or staff to handle service, so you can relax and enjoy your guests.
